Thank you for your recent purchase with My Love Bunny, we hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our returns policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returns must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please place the item securely in its original packaging ad the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Returns shipping charges will be paid by us.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow fourteen (14) days from the receipt to process your return, although we always try to process a little faster for you. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on you credit card/bank statement. We will notify by email or text message when we have received your return.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Lingerie that has been used or the protective label has been removed.
• Used sex toys unless there is a manufacture problem that have prevented the item working.
